The Brock Marketing Association presents the Showcase Marketing Panel. This showcase panel allows students the opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals, network and ask any questions they may have.


The event will consist of a 1 hour discussion, followed by a Q&A period and a networking session.

Food and drinks will be provided!

Position: Marketing Operations Analyst

Courtney is an experienced business professional, digital marketing specialist, and change management champion.


Currently as a Marketing Operations Analyst at TD Bank, she is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Marketing’s workflow process system, facilitating top level agency contracts, and supporting 200+ integrated marketing planners with financial campaign management.


Prior to TD Bank, Courtney has held positions in the direct B2B marketing environment where she developed and executed targeted marketing campaigns, specialized in website design and analytics, and implemented a company-wide Customer Relationship Management System. 


While earning her BBA from Brock University, Courtney began her professional career working for BlackBerry, which kick-started her interest in emerging technology and data analytics. Courtney is proud to be a Niagara native and enjoys spending time with friends and family, and touring wine country.

Robert Peters co-founded and was CEO of Callisto Integration, a manufacturing systems integration 

company, for 30 years.  As CEO, he led the company’s development from a basement start up

to a highly respected, world class enterprise, with $40 million in annual revenue.  


Robert was very focused on strategic partnerships to drive growth.  Since his retirement from  Calisto, Robert has focused his attention on helping MakeItMetal, a local custom coatings  company, grow its business.

Mike joined Callisto Integration, a industry leading manufacturing software systems company 13 years ago to drive sales through new software partners. He has been selling to international customers for over 25 years. He has led sales efforts in North America and Europe focusing on global manufacturing companies. His focus on mutual success and value for Callisto and their customers has been a key to his successes.

Position: Event and Communications Coordinator

An experienced event and fundraising professional, Nicole's career has focused on making a positive impact on children and youth in the Niagara Region.  Driven by her passion for creating opportunities and access for change, Nicole spends both her professional and volunteer time engaging others in making a difference in young people’s lives. Nicole has recently taken a “leap of faith” to begin a new journey, using her experience and passion to speak life and hope to young people and equipping leaders through UR Worth More Ministries.  Nicole also works as the Event and Marketing Coordinator at Spark Niagara.


In her down time, Nicole loves to hang out with her two children and to travel with her hubby of 27 years.  She also volunteers as a youth leader at Rose City Kids and is the Creative Artistic Director/Audio-Video Coordinator at WellSpring Community Church in Welland.

Position: District Sales Manager

Kiel is passionate about being a young leader in today's workforce and developing others to better themselves within their jobs and the communities they serve. Kiel is now in his 6th year working at PepsiCo Foods Canada where he is a District Sales Manager for the Niagara and Hamilton areas. He takes pride in performing with excellence in this competitive landscape growing his business 11% over the last 3 years crossing the $27M marker in 2019. 

He is motivated by embracing change through leading pilot programs in Canada with the new go-to market applications and technology. 

In his spare time, he is a professional lacrosse player for the Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League and he annually gives back as a community lacrosse coach; voluntarily shared lacrosse with 10,000 students in local school boards and raised $10,000 in 5 years for Movember foundation.
